TERMS OF BUSINESS
  • A deposit of 25% of the total daily cost is required to confirm the booking.
  • Cancellations:
    1. More than 120 days prior to commencement of safari - 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
    2. Less than 120 days prior to commencement of safari - no refunds will be made.
    3. If the safari is re-booked, clause (1) will be applied.
  • The balance of the daily rates is payable before the commencement of the safari.
  • All payments must be made in cash, traveler's cheques or bank guaranteed cheque.


GENERAL:
  • Trophy Fees are payable in respect of all animals bagged or wounded.
  • Zungah Safari's reserves the right to change conditions and prices.
  • All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure the safety of clients and their possessions but we accept no responsibility, directly or implied, for losses, injury, fatalities or damage what so ever.
  • Although all our staff are highly skilled and well trained, we accept no responsibility for accidents.
  • All guests are required to sign a personal indemnity before commencement of the safari.
  • Eastern Cape winters normally have extremely cold mornings and evenings. Snowfalls are common on the mountains.

    Daytime temperatures warm up from about 09h00. Windproof jackets, thermal underwear, woolen socks as well as warm gloves and suitable headgear are recommended for early mornings and evenings.
  • Should visitors choose to bring a video camera with them, they must ensure that they bring a 110/220 converter so that batteries can be recharged on a 220v system. Conventional cameras should have some form of telephoto or zoom lens suitable for hand held use.

    Film for conventional cameras is readily available in South Africa.
  • In order to enter South Africa, a valid passport is required.
    Your rifles will be inspected at your Port of Entry into South Africa. You will be required to obtain a Temporary Import License.

  • Whilst all possible precautions will be taken to protect you against injury, sickness, or other loss, any Safari is not without risk. We will accept no liability in this regard.

    We require that you arrange your own personal, medical, hunting and all risk travel insurance prior to your Safari.
  • All of our Eastern Cape hunting concessions are malaria and bilharzia free. In addition to this, our vehicles all carry a comprehensive first aid kit.

    Clients are requested to bring any personal medication that they may require, with them
